Bench Box is founded by Lindsay Forbes, a jewellery designer and Goldsmith who has been in the industry for over 15 years.

"Teaching found me; I had a studio in a community space where we were encouraged to provide workshops to bring people together. Through this, I loved seeing the joy that making jewellery brought to others. I became involved in providing 'Arts on Prescription' workshops which gave me a deeper understanding of the impact crafting could have on our mental health and well-being. I really want to inspire others, allowing people to express themselves and feel the benefits of crafting." - Lindsay
