Glass Bead Jars

Our craft kits contain excellent quality materials, such as glass beads. This also means that they are fragile, please handle/craft with care.

They're packaged in eco-friendly storage containers that can be re-used or recycled.

All items qualify for free UK postage!

Please note all deliveries are sent via a tracked service.

Orders are posted using recycled packaging which is 100% fully recyclable or biodegradable.

Delivery

We aim to ship in stock items within 2-3 working days unless items are made to order or a pre-order.

You will receive an email when your order is shipped along with updates to your supplied email/mobile from Royal Mail.

All items are shipped using a tracked service and will require a signature for delivery.

Items that take longer

For made to order and pre-order items, these can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks to be delivered from our suppliers and can be longer at busier times of the year, such as Christmas. 

Made to order items are ordered especially for you and dispatched as soon as possible.

Pre-order items are not yet released and the expected delivery times will be visible in the product description.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

For pre-orders, you can cancel your pre-order up until the item is shipped. Then the standard terms above apply. To do this email us; hello@benchboxjewels.co.uk.
